North American Credit Services operates within the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau), the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and all state and federal laws relating to the services we provide. We have and continue to strive to maintain an excellent reputation in the business community by managing and continually training our staff toward that end. NACS is a customer first company. Your customer is our customer. You don't have Public Relation problems when you use our company.
We have developed a special consumer web site for consumer 24/7 ability to manage their accounts, make payments and arrangements. To provide insurance data or other information, as well as send us their comments, at their convenient time and place.
We understand the importance of Net Return to your company or organization. Our goal is to return the most dollars possible on each and every account we receive. To help achieve that goal we have incentive programs that reward superior performance. These programs are reviewed on a regular basis to insure that they continue to help provide the motivation necessary to achieve and exceed our customers expectations. We also will penalize any member of our collection team for failed practices of our culture with consumers.
We have a special client area on our web site for numerous report and dash board data, to keep clients in touch with their total AR.
Helpful feedback is provided by indicating the number and dollar value of accounts placed which are missing important demographic information.
Cost Reporting information for Medicare accounts, showing reimbursement totals by your patient account number, year, etc., are provided each month and at year-end.
