>> North American Credit Services is a leader in the technology used for processing and collecting bad debt accounts. NACS provides online communications, PC Systems and software to clients. This allows them access to their accounts seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Payments and account history, as well as collector notes, are made available. This gives our clients hands-on, customer relations control at all times.

>> North American Credit Services has the ability to receive tape-totape, cartridge, FTP or BBS transfer of data. If a client cannot provide the above, manual entry of accounts is available. NACS is HIPAA compliant, transmitting data through a Secure VPN environment.

>> North American Credit Services has its own hardware and software development resources. Since we are not limited by package programs we can meet many of the individual needs of our clients.

>> North American Credit Services uses the Information Access Technology System-Smart Dial and Smart Voice Auto Dialers, which allows a maximum of 200,000 calls to be processed per week.

>> North American Credit Services uses the Voice-Technologies recording system, which records every incoming/outgoing phone call placed at our office by our collection team and stores them for three months. This reduces customer complaints and ensures quality customer relations.

>> North American Credit Services uses NCOA (Postal Address Verification System) to electronically process accounts for correct spelling and to ensure that the correct name of resident matches that particular address.
