National Customer Service Week -- October 3 -7, 2011
North American Credit Services (NACS) and Medical Services of Chattanooga employees are taking part in the National Customer Service Week (October 3-7) festivities, an initiative organized to promote and support year-round quality customer service.
"Delivering high quality, excellent customer service is a part of our core philosophy and mission," states Dallas S. Bunton, Sr. CEO and Chairman of NACS and Medical Services. "Campaigns such as this support our year-round approach of stellar customer service and the vital role it plays such as in positively maintaining our A+ standing with the Better Business Bureau."
To further support the initiative NACS and Medical Services will be running a number of client-focused activities during the week and throughout the month of October including, but not limited to: team rallies, 'Shining Star' fun-quizzes with prizes, 'Donut Day' mornings and the celebrated 'Four Fun Friday's' T-shirt kick-off that begins this Friday with Team Spirit, where employees will be provided the opportunity to dress down in jeans and sport their favorite athletic team shirts in further support of maintaining a positive attitude in our workplace.
