The 2015 RMWPgroup of area leaders committed to ending the fight against breast Cancer, helped raise $25K as an inaugural campaign in support of the communities Making Strides Against Cancerwalk, which raised over $120,000.
"We think it is someone else's problem but it's all of ours," says Wilson. "A lot of times we forget how many people in our lives have been impacted." The American Cancer Society's mission is determined to save lives from breast Cancer by helping people stay well and get well, by finding cures, and by fighting back. For Henderson, also the Chairman of the Chattanooga ACS Community Advisory Board, "I always want to get people more comfortable with conversations about Cancer. What a great opportunity for us to provide hope and find ways to increase both awareness and funding for this crucial cause."
