North American Credit Services (NACS) is a leader in the technology used for processing and collecting bad debt accounts. NACS provides online communications to clients. This allows them access to their accounts seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Payments and account history, as well as collector notes, are made available. This gives our clients hands-on, customer relations control at all times.
NACS has the ability to receive or send files via SFTP transfer of data. NACS is HIPAA compliant, transmitting data through a Secure environment.
NACS has its own hardware and software development resources. Since we are not limited by package programs we can meet many of the individual needs of our clients. NACS uses the Information Access Technology System-Smart Dial and Smart Voice Auto Dialers, which allows 200,000 calls to be processed per day across our campus.
NACS uses the Voice recording system, which records every incoming/outgoing phone call placed at our office by our collection team. This reduces customer complaints and ensures quality customer relations. Provides a great training tool and management review by clients.
NACS uses NCOA (Postal Address Verification System) to electronically process accounts for correct spelling and to ensure that the correct name of resident matches that particular address. When mail returns and incorrect phone numbers are identified we scrub the account to locate and update this information. Numerous secure and compliant data scubs are made for bankruptcy, cell addresses and/or decease probate data.
